2. Rights of Investors
- Right to receive personalised investment advice based on your risk profile and financial goals
- Right to receive clear, honest, and unbiased information about investment products
- Right to receive a written or digital record of advice and rationale provided
- Right to know all fees and charges before engaging our services
- Right to receive prompt response to grievances within 21 working days
- Right to escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI via the SCORES portal
- Right to withdraw consent for advisory services at any time
3. Do's and Don'ts for Investors
Do's
- ✓Always deal with a SEBI registered Investment Adviser
- ✓Ensure that the Investment Adviser has a valid registration number
- ✓Read and understand the risk profile assessment done by the advisor
- ✓Insist on getting a written advisory recommendation and rationale
- ✓Conduct due diligence before entering any investment transaction
- ✓Read all documents and agreements carefully before signing
- ✓Be vigilant about scams and false promises of guaranteed returns
- ✓Register your complaints with SEBI via the SCORES portal if unresolved
Don'ts
- ✗Do not deal with unregistered or fraudulent advisors
- ✗Do not make payments in cash to any investment advisor
- ✗Do not follow tips from unregistered social media channels or WhatsApp groups
- ✗Do not fall for promises of guaranteed or assured returns on market-linked products
- ✗Do not sign blank documents, authorisations, or POA in favour of the advisor
- ✗Do not share sensitive information (OTP, password, bank PIN) with any advisor
- ✗Do not ignore grievance resolution timelines — escalate if unresolved
4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Resolution SLA: 21 working days from receipt of grievance.
Escalate to SEBI — SCORES Portal
If your grievance is not resolved within 21 working days, or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution, escalate to SEBI through the SCORES portal.
File Complaint on SCORESODR / Arbitration
For unresolved disputes, you may also approach SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or seek arbitration through a SEBI-recognised arbitration mechanism.
